5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some of our apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tap Magic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our apps, regardless of the cause of action.

8. Third-Party Services

Our apps are distributed via the Apple App Store. Your use of the App Store is governed by Apple's own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party platforms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
